Reading the comments are impossible unless you can read mandarin! This project is meant to be finished in January 2011. It's now February, and the site is nowhere near finished!
Folks, although this is all lovely and in fact I find the whole thing fascinating and proud of you to all undertake this project - the fact remains that this new estate, like all others in Ballymun around Sillogue road, will be completely and utterly destroyed by persistent anti social behaviour. I actually feel very sorry for anyone who shells out to buy a place here, they will be reduced to tears in a matter of months due to the constant and violent anti social behaviour that goes on in the immediate surrounding area which will, as always, spill over to here. The CCTV in the area makes no difference as any crime that happens is never acted upon and incidents never reported by CCTV operators. Pointless doing anything in the area until the serious anti social behaviour is drastically reduced and dealt with by the Garda and DCC.
